The Unite Center at Christ United Methodist Church

The Unite Center project for Christ United Methodist Church was a 16,200 square foot addition to its existing facility as well as a 6,000 square foot renovation to some of its existing space.  The scope of work included the construction of new classroom and office spaces as well as a large multi-purpose room with stage and adjoining kitchen, sound and lighting facilities; alterations to the interior of the existing building and site improvements that include parking and infrastructure.  Christ United is a 2,000+ member church with a plethora of daily activities.  It had sustained events 7 days a week.  Tungsten was able to accomplish a successful plan of integration with the church by investing time up front to clearly understand and document the church’s daily schedule and needs.  But it does not end there.  These efforts must be carried on through the entire project by seeking updates from church leadership and then relaying these directives to the subcontractor core so that a comprehensive plan of action to stay out of the members way while keeping them safe from harm.  Tungsten is committed to provide the same level of service to Saint Brendan’s congregation.
