The Marlboro County Jetport project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work required to satisfactory complete the Hangar construction.  Mobilization consisting of preparatory work and operations necessary for the movement of personnel, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to the project site.  Hangar site work to prepare the construction site with preliminary work.  A pre-engineered metal Hangar Building, including electric bi-fold doors, earthwork, and concrete pavement infill.  A concrete slab and foundation for hangar.  Permanent seeding, mulching, and sodding with Bermuda grass.
